Color-coded touch screen

SYNC® with MyLincoln Touch™ comes with an 8-inch touch screen that lets you control many vehicle functions.12 A recent software update for MyLincoln Touch is delivering faster data speeds, easier controls, simpler graphics, tablet compatibility and enhanced voice recognition. The controls are organized and color-coded to make them easy to find. Climate is blue, Entertainment is red, Phone is yellow and Navigation is green. And these colors also apply to your cluster screens to help make the information that much more intuitive.

Get 3-D navigation with the optional SD card Navigation System for the very latest in map views, newly added 3-D landmarks, richer graphics and photorealistic freeway images. You can create a shortcut screen, putting the controls you use most often where they're most convenient. MyLincoln Touch even lets you look at photos or video when your vehicle is in park or use your photos to create a personalized wallpaper.

Customizable home screen and gauges

Make the look of your SYNC® with MyLincoln Touch™ system all your own. Create up to 22 shortcuts on two separate pages to quickly access your most used features such as traffic, weather or mute call. You can even use a saved photo as your home screen wallpaper on the 8-inch color touch screen. The left-side cluster gauge can be adjusted to show fuel level, instant and average mpg and the tachometer, or any combination of the information you want. The right-side 4.2-inch cluster screen can show climate, entertainment, available Navigation System or phone information.

Ambient lighting

SYNC® with MyLincoln Touch™ lets you continually personalize the interior of your vehicle. Changing your available ambient lighting is as easy as touching the 8-inch touch screen.23 Choose from seven colors, and increase or decrease the intensity of the light with a swipe of your finger.

The vehicle’s electrical system (including the battery), the wireless service provider’s signal and a connected mobile phone all must be available and operating for 911 Assist to function properly. These systems may become damaged in a crash. The paired mobile phone must be connected to SYNC, and the 911 Assist feature enabled, in order for 911 to be dialed. When the feature is ON, 911 Assist uses your paired and connected mobile phone to dial 911 if your airbag deploys or, on certain vehicles, if the emergency fuel pump shut-off is activated.
