With Lincoln Pickup & Delivery, simply connect online through the Lincoln Way® App, identify the service needed and select a convenient appointment time. We handle the rest.
1. EFFORTLESS SCHEDULING
Make a service appointment with your preferred retailer, specify the day and location and we'll do everything else. With convenient texts or emails, you'll always be informed on the status of your vehicle.
2. SEAMLESS EXCHANGE
Once you have scheduled your service appointments with your preferred retailer, we’ll pick up your vehicle at your specified location. When available, we can also provide a complimentary Lincoln vehicle throughout the service period.
3. PROMPT DELIVERY
To complete the experience, we will deliver your Lincoln vehicle back to you washed, serviced and ready for your next journey.
- aComplimentary Lincoln Pickup & Delivery service is available for 2017 model year and newer Lincoln vehicles with the 4-year/50,000 mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Owners of 2016 and prior model year vehicles may arrange for the service at a cost. Mileage limitations may apply.
