And with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, you can wirelessly connect to some of your favorite apps and access your mobile phone screens from your center screen display.


As technology evolves, SYNC evolves with it. In 2021, Lincoln will begin offering advanced Software Update capability for quick and easy wireless upgrades. These updates can help strengthen the ownership experience and may help reduce the need for repair trips. Many updates will be virtually invisible to Lincoln owners.


Get to know your Lincoln on your terms. Instead of flipping through dozens of pages, the digital owner's manual will include in-depth information on vehicle features, stream-able how-to videos to help you learn, and more - all through a searchable database.


By integrating cloud-based connectivity and conversational language understanding, available SYNC 4 delivers comprehensive search results and more functionality for owners, including optional Connected built-in navigation to keep up with the latest traffic information.

SYNC 4 Support
  1. aDon’t drive while distracted or while using handheld devices. Use voice-operated systems when possible. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
  2. bTrial length and service availability may vary by model, model year or trim. SiriusXM with 360L is only available on Model Year 2021+ vehicles equipped with SYNC 4 system. SiriusXM audio and data services each require a subscription sold separately, or as a package, by Sirius XM Radio Inc. If you decide to continue service after your trial, the subscription plan you choose will automatically renew thereafter and you will be charged according to your chosen payment method at then-current rates.   4. dLincoln Connect (standard on select vehicles), the Lincoln Way App., and complimentary Connected Service are required for remote features (See Lincoln Way Terms for details). Connected service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features. Connected service excludes Wi-Fi hotspot.
  5. eNavigation services require SYNC 4 and Lincoln Connect (optional on select vehicles), complimentary connect service and the Lincoln Way app (see Lincoln Way Terms for details). Eligible vehicles receive a complimentary 3-year trial of navigation services that begins on the new vehicle warranty start date. Customers must unlock the navigation service trial by activating the eligible vehicle with a Lincoln Way member account. If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the connected navigation service will terminate, and the system will revert to embedded offline navigation. Connected service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.
