How do I receive or manage personalized marketing from Lincoln?

You can manage your personalized marketing settings in the Lincoln app*. Personalized marketing allows Lincoln to use connected vehicle information to develop personalized insights, recommendations, services, and offers centered around you. 

To set up your personalized marketing options:

  1. Authorize your vehicle's modem in the Lincoln app. When you open your app, a one-time message will appear on your screen.
  2. View the Consent Message.
  3. Select Yes or No under Use Vehicle Data and Use Driving Data.
  4. Tap Submit to confirm your choices. Your preferences are now saved.

What happens if I choose to accept or decline the consent?

  • If you accept, you are giving us permission to use the Vehicle Data and Driving Data as described in the consent modal. This can enable personalized insights, recommendations and updates on Lincoln Products, services, and offers for you.
  • If you decline, we will not use the Vehicle Data and Driving Data for the purposes outlined in the consent modal. This will not impact on any services in the vehicle or app.

How often will I be asked for this consent?

We will ask you for this consent only once within the app. Once you make your choice, it will be saved. Of course, you can always change your mind later.

Where can I view or change my choices?

  1. Select App in the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Choose Legal & Privacy.
  4. Select Privacy. You can view or update your choices.

Can I close the consent request without making a choice?

No, to proceed within the app, you will need to Accept or Decline the consent. Once you make your choice, you can always change your preferences later.
