How do I view my Lincoln AFS contract or lease?

You can view your original contract or lease agreement in Account Manager online if your contract or lease agreement began in August 2019 or later.

Overview

There is one way to view your original contract or lease agreement digitally.

Using Account Manager Online

  1. Go to accountmanager.lincoln.com
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Sign in with your Lincoln account username and password. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to Sign In on the Lincoln AFS login page.
  4. After signing in, click Account Services.
  5. Select Digital Contract, and then select View.
  6. Review your document in the new window.

Note: If the document does not open, turn off your pop-up blocker, and try again.

What if viewing your contract or lease does not work?

If you cannot find your Digital Contract:

  • Verify whether your contract or lease agreement began before August 2019.
  • Confirm whether a Transfer of Equity/Lease has been processed on your account.

If either item is true, contact customer support at 888-498-8801 to obtain a copy of your contract.
