What is Guest Pay?

Guest Pay is a no-fee online way to make a one-time, same-day payment to Lincoln Automotive Financial Services online without logging into an account.

Availability

  • Guest Pay is available online at pay.ford.com.
  • You can use it 24/7. You can pay from anywhere, at any time.
  • Same day payments.
  • There are no fees for using it.

  • You receive email notifications when a payment is made.
  • You can connect to your bank or enter bank details manually.

How to Use

  1. Visit website, pay.ford.com
  2. Enter your Lincoln AFS account number and last four digits of Social Security Number, select Next.
  3. Enter amount you would like to pay and select Choose Payment Method.
  4. Enter your Email address and First and last name.
  5. You can either Search for your bank account or Enter bank account details manually.
    • To search for your bank account
      • Type bank name in Search for your bank field and select Bank Icon.
        NOTE: Checking accounts only accepted, no savings.
      • Click on Agree and Continue to Stripe’s Terns and Privacy Policy.
      • Sign into their Bank account with your bank account credentials.
      • Select account to use for payment and select Connect account.
      • Success message will appear. Click Back to Ford Motor Company.
      • Select Next. From the Payment details page you can update payment amount on this page, if desired.  Select Submit Payment.
    • To enter bank details manually
      • Select Enter bank details manually
      • Enter routing number (9 digits), bank account number and confirm bank account number. Select Submit.
      • Success – Your account was connected message will appear. Click on Back to Ford Motor Company then Select Next.
      • From the Payment details page you can update payment amount on this page, if desired.  Select Submit Payment. 
         

When to Use It

Guest Pay may be a good option if:

  • You are having trouble with other payment methods.
  • Someone else needs to pay on your behalf with required information, Lincoln AFS Account Number and last four digits of your Social Security Number.
