Where do I send my payoff check for my retail account?

The information provided below pertains to Lincoln Automotive Financial Services retail accounts only.

Please send either a personal or cashier's check with your Lincoln Automotive Financial Services account number included in the memo to the address below.

OR if you want to pay off your Lincoln Automotive Financial Services retail account online:

  1. Sign in to Account Manager.
  2. Click on the "Make a Payment" button.
  3. Under Payment Options, select "Other Amount and Payoffs" radio button.
  4. Enter the payoff amount.
  5. Select payment date.
  6. Choose Bank Account to pay from (if none set up, choose "Add Bank Account").
  7. Select the box indicating agreement to the Payment Authorization Agreement.
  8. Select "Schedule Payment".
