Why is my Lincoln Automotive Financial Services account showing due for two payments?
The amount due shown by Account Manager includes any payment currently due, plus the next scheduled payment. If your account is even one day past due, the total will update to include both the past-due payment and your next upcoming payment.
To pay just one payment, follow the steps below.
Account Manager Online
- Go to accountmanager.lincoln.com.
- Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Lincoln account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to Sign In button on the Lincoln AFS login page.
- After you sign in, click Make a Payment.
- Select Change under the Total Amount Due.
- Select Previous Due or Custom Amount radio button and click Next.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- If applicable, change bank account and payment date.
- Select Agree and Pay.
