Why is my authorization request blocked in the Lincoln app?
If you have requested to connect to a vehicle five times in the Lincoln app and each request was denied, you will receive a message advising that your request limit has been reached. There is a 24-hour wait from the last attempt before you can try again.
If you need additional assistance, contact a Lincoln app Client Experience Manager using the Account > Contact Help options in the Lincoln app.
