What are Phone As A Key passive key controls?

Passive functions allow you to control certain vehicle operations as long as your device is in close range of your vehicle.

Passive Key Controls

• Passive lock/unlock (Walk Away Locking)
• Vehicle on/off access
• Hands-free liftgate opening access 

Passive Key Requirements

• Be logged in to the Lincoln app.
• Have the app running in the background of your smartphone.
• Activate a Phone as a Key^™* device.
• Be within two meters of the connected vehicle.
• Have the activated Phone as a Key device with you.
• Have Bluetooth^® version 4.2+.
