To use the Lincoln Personal Assistant on Facebook Messenger you must:

Set Up Lincoln Personal Assistant on Facebook Messenger

  1. Open the Facebook Messenger app on your smartphone.
  2. In the search box type Lincoln Personal Assistant.
  3. Tap Get Started.
  4. Lincoln Personal Assistant displays potential commands and questions it can respond to, such as:
    • Check eligibility. 
    • Start my vehicle.
    • Where am I parked?
    • Call roadside assistance.
