How do I check for Vehicle Notices with Lincoln Assistant on SYNC®* 4?

Your vehicle’s Lincoln Assistant can check if there are any recalls or service updates open if Lincoln Assistant is enabled on your vehicle.

  1. Press the Push-to-Talk button on your steering wheel.

Note: If you have set up a Wake Word, you can say the Wake Word instead.

  1. Ask Lincoln Assistant a question, such as “Does this car have any recalls?”
  2. If there are any open on the vehicle they will be displayed on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
  3. Tap the notice on the screen for more details.

Note: Once a recall or service update is completed, it will disappear from the list within a couple days.
