How do I use Lincoln Assistant with SYNC®* 4?

Lincoln Assistant allows you to control your vehicle using conversational requests. Once enabled, you access it via the Push-to-Talk button on your vehicle's steering wheel.

To use Lincoln Assistant, make sure it has been enabled on your vehicle.

  1. Press the Push-to-Talk button on your steering wheel.

    Note: If you have set up a Wake Word, you can say it instead.
     
  2. Say your command when you see "Speak now" on your SYNC screen. Lincoln Assistant will provide a response.

    Notes: If you want to check for recalls or service updates with Lincoln Assistant, ask, "Does this car have any recalls?". 
    • Any open recalls or service updates will appear on your vehicle's SYNC screen. 
    • Once completed, it will take a few days to disappear from the vehicle's memory.
