What is Lincoln Access Rewards Complimentary Maintenance?

Lincoln Access Rewards™ provides Rewards Points with the purchase or lease of a new 2020 model year or newer vehicle and the activation of your vehicle's modem.

To receive this offer, you must:

  • Purchase or lease a new retail Lincoln vehicle from a participating Lincoln Retailer.

    Note: If you buy out your vehicle at the end of your lease term, you will not receive Purchase/Complimentary Maintenance Points, as this is considered a used sale. Only new vehicle sales are eligible for Purchase Points.
     
  • Activate and maintain the vehicle's modem (modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase and remain active for at least 6 months after activation to keep the offer).

    Note: If you purchase or lease a new 2020 model year or newer vehicle without a modem, no activation will be required.
     
  • Join Lincoln Access Rewards within 60 days of purchase.

When will I receive my Rewards Points?
Your earned Rewards Points will be deposited into your account within ten (10) days of a qualifying service transaction and 30 days of a sales transaction. Certain activities may require additional time to validate qualifying transactions.

How can I use the Complimentary Maintenance Points?
You can use the Complimentary Maintenance Points toward:

  • Your first three maintenance visits (oil & filter change, cabin air filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection).
  • Future select services.
  • A discount toward the purchase of your next vehicle.

What should I expect when I use the Complimentary Maintenance Points?

  • 7,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection
    • 11,000 points for gas engine
    • 20,000 points for diesel engine
       
  • 15,000-mile service: Oil & filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection
    • 11,000 points for gas engine
    • 20,000 points for diesel engine
       
  • 22,500-mile service: Oil & filter change, cabin air filter, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection
    • 20,000 points for gas engine
    • 35,000 points for diesel engine
