How do I manage scheduled remote starts for my Lincoln vehicle using the Lincoln app?

When using the Lincoln app, you have direct access to schedule starts for your vehicle. Use the instructions below for access.

Schedule Remote Start Requirements

Ensure your vehicle meets all requirements to use scheduled starts, which are:

Scheduled Remote Start Limitations

For best performance, there are limits in place, and you cannot do the following: 

  • Create duplicate scheduled remote starts.
  • Create more than 10 scheduled remote starts.
  • Save a scheduled remote start if there is an empty field, e.g., time not set.
  • Create, enable, or disable a scheduled remote start within five minutes of your scheduled start time.

Lincoln App Scheduled Start Options

Select your Lincoln app experience below for more information on how to add, edit, delete, or disable your scheduled starts.

Create a Scheduled Start

To create a scheduled remote start in the Lincoln app:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the Vehicle icon to go to the Vehicle dashboard.
  3. Scroll down and select Scheduled Remote Start.
  4. Select Create scheduled remote start.
  5. Enter the following as needed:
    • Start Time
    • Day(s)

      Note: One-time scheduled start can only be set within the next 24 hours.
       
    • Repeat Weekly - To create a repeating scheduled start.
    • Vehicle's Time Zone
  6. Tap Save.  

Edit or Delete a Scheduled Start

To edit or delete a scheduled remote start in the Lincoln app:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the Vehicle icon to go to the Vehicle dashboard.
  3. Scroll down and select Scheduled Remote Start.
  4. Select the scheduled remote start you want to edit or remove.
    • To edit a scheduled start, change any of the following options:
      • Time
      • Day(s)

        Note: One-time scheduled start can only be set within the next 24 hours.
         
      • Repeat Weekly - To create a repeating scheduled start.
      • Vehicle's Time Zone
    • To remove the scheduled remote start, tap Delete at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap Save.

Deactivate Scheduled Remote Start

To turn off your scheduled remote start in the Lincoln app:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the Vehicle icon to go to the Vehicle dashboard.
  3. Scroll down and select Scheduled Remote Start.
  4. Locate the scheduled start you want to disable.
  5. Toggle the slider icon to the left. 

Your selected scheduled start will no longer be active.
