How do I edit or cancel an appointment for Online Service Booking?
To access Online Service Booking features through the app, you must:
- Add a vehicle in need of service.
- Add a dealer offering online scheduling.
- Select Account.
- Tap on the Reservations tile.
- Select the appointment you wish to edit:
- Tap Edit Service is make changes.
- Tap Cancel to remove appointment entirely.
- Once desired changes are made, tap Save.
- To discard changes, tap Cancel.
Notes.
- In-app changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before an appointment. After 48 hours, you must contact the dealer directly.
- Dealerships that do not currently support the in-app experience may require service to be edited/cancelled by calling the dealership regardless of the time.
