How do I edit or cancel an appointment for Online Service Booking?

To access Online Service Booking features through the app, you must:

  • Add a vehicle in need of service.
  • Add a dealer offering online scheduling.

  1. Select Account.
  2. Tap on the Reservations tile.
  3. Select the appointment you wish to edit:
    • Tap Edit Service is make changes.
    • Tap Cancel to remove appointment entirely.
  4. Once desired changes are made, tap Save.
  5. To discard changes, tap Cancel.

Notes.

  • In-app changes and cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before an appointment. After 48 hours, you must contact the dealer directly.
  • Dealerships that do not currently support the in-app experience may require service to be edited/cancelled by calling the dealership regardless of the time.
