How do I manage service records in the Lincoln Way App?
Using the Service screen in the Lincoln Way® App*, you can update or delete your vehicle maintenance or repair history. Use the steps below for more information.
Managing Service History in the Lincoln Way App
Select one of the options below for steps to change or remove your service history.
Editing Service Records
- Log in to the App.
- Go to the Service screen.
- Tap Service History.
- Select the Service Record you want to edit.
- Tap Edit.
- Make any necessary edits.
- Select Save.
Notes:
- For service records manually entered, you have 90 days from the date added to make edits.
- Lincoln Retailer entries can only be edited by your retailer.
Deleting Service Records
- Log in to the App.
- Go to the Service screen.
- Tap Service History.
- Select the record you want to delete.
- Tap Delete. A pop-up message will appear confirming that you are permanently removing the record.
- Select one of the following:
- Yes, Delete - if you want to remove the record.
- Cancel - if you want to void your request.
Notes:
- Both vehicle owners and non-vehicle owners can delete manually added records.
- Records added by a Lincoln Retailer can only be deleted by the retailer.
