How do I use Lincoln Video Streaming?

Lincoln Premium Connectivity and the Lincoln Connectivity Package allow you to view streaming services on your SYNC 4- or Lincoln Digital Experience-equipped vehicle without needing to connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot.

Vehicles with Lincoln Digital Experience offer more video streaming features than SYNC 4-equipped vehicles. 

Prerequisites

All the following must be true before using Lincoln Video Streaming:

• Your vehicle's embedded modem must be activated.
• Alexa Built-in must be enabled (SYNC 4).
• You must have a Lincoln Premium Connectivity or Connectivity Package subscription. 
  
  Important: If your vehicle does not have a Lincoln Premium Connectivity or Connectivity Package subscription, your vehicle must have an external Wi-Fi connection.

Notes:

• Software update 11 (SU 11) enabled Lincoln Video Streaming for many SYNC 4-equipped vehicles that previously did not support Video Streaming capabilities.
• If your vehicle has not received the SU 11 update:
  • The update will likely be received Over-The-Air at a later date.
  • Ensure automatic software updates are enabled, and a software update schedule is set.
