How can I submit a request for Roadside Assistance?

Luxury Roadside Assistance offers peace of mind by giving you the ability to submit trackable requests for assistance through the Lincoln Way®* App.

Important: If children or pets are locked in your vehicle, call 911.

Follow these steps in the Lincoln Way App to submit a Roadside Assistance request.

  1. Navigate to the Service landing page.
  2. Select 24/7 Assistance.
  3. Tap on Roadside Assistance.
  4. Select the affected vehicle.
  5. Tap Start Request.
  6. Select the Location and Location Type.
  7. Choose the type of assistance your vehicle needs. Assistance types include:
    • Tow
    • Flat Tire with Spare/Multiple
    • Ran Out of Fuel
    • Jump Start 
    • Lock Out
    • Stuck/Winch Out
  8. Based on the type of assistance you selected, you will be prompted to fill in additional information regarding your vehicle.
  9. Enter your name and contact information.
  10. Confirm whether you wish to receive request status update text messages.
  11. Add additional comments (optional).
  12. Tap Submit Request.

Notes:

  • When selecting Towing, you will be prompted to select a dealer.
  • If you already have a Preferred Dealer, you can a select them.
  • To choose a different dealer, select from the list of nearby dealers, or type in the Search Box.
