What do I do if text messaging is not working with SYNC®?

If text messaging is not working on SYNC, try the troubleshooting tips below:

Restart your device

  • Turn off the device
  • Remove the device's battery (if applicable)
  • Turn on the device
  • Try using text messaging

Pair the device
