How do I claim a refund with Lincoln Roadside Assistance*?

All 2013 and newer vehicles qualify for 24/7 Roadside Assistance nationwide (including Canada and Mexico) for the lifetime of your ownership experience. Lincoln vehicles purchased used or pre-owned have Roadside Assistance coverage within 6 years or 70,000 miles (whichever comes first) of their Warranty Start Date. All 2012 and earlier models no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.

In some cases, you may be unaware of your Lincoln Roadside Assistance benefits and arrange for your own service. If this occurs, you can submit a reimbursement claim through Lincoln Roadside by Agero. Refund amounts may vary depending on the towing distance and the Lincoln Extended Service Plan (ESP) you may have purchased**.

To obtain reimbursement information, you can contact your preferred Lincoln Retailer, or call 1-800-521-4140 (Options 1, 1, 2) to speak with a Lincoln Roadside representative.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Navigate to https://lincolnroadsideassistance.roadsidereimbursement.com.
  2. Select Enter New under "Submit a new reimbursement."

    Note: You can also click Search under "Search for an existing reimbursement" to track an existing submission.
     
  3. Fill out the following information under the "Vehicle Owner" section:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email
    • Mailing Address
    • Postal Code

  4. Fill in the Reimbursement Amount field under the "Reimbursement" section.
  5. Select the type of service:
    • Tow
    • Lockout
    • Flat Tire
    • Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown
    • Fuel Delivery
    • Winch
    • Car Rental
    • Hotel
    • Trip Interruption
    • Other
  6. Click the Calendar Icon and select the Date of Loss/Service.

    Notes:
    • Additional fields may populate based on the type of service selected.
    • You can fill in additional details in the appropriate text box.
       
  7. Select Yes or No to answer: "Is recipient of Reimbursement same as Customer?"

  8. Enter the following information in the "Disablement location" section:
    • Search for an address
    • Street 1
    • Street 2
    • City
    • State
    • Postal Code

  9. Enter the following information under the "Vehicle" section:
    • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
    • Year
    • Make
    • Model

      Note: You can check a box if your vehicle is not listed.

  10. Click Choose File under the "Attachments/Documentation" section to upload a claim-related document.
  11. Select the Disclaimer Acknowledgement checkbox.
  12. Choose Submit.
