What services are covered under Lincoln Roadside Assistance*?

Roadside Assistance is included for the lifetime of your ownership experience for vehicles 2013 model year (MY) and newer. It is also included with most Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plans. Lincoln Roadside Assistance provides the benefits listed below.

Vehicles purchased pre-owned have Roadside Assistance coverage if still within 6 years or 70,000 miles of their warranty start date. Vehicles 2012 MY and older no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.

You can reach Roadside Assistance at 1-800-521-4140. The program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and includes:

  • Towing 
  • Flat tire change
  • Battery jump-start
  • Fuel Delivery 
  • Lockout Assistance
