What do I do if I am unable to log into the Lincoln Way™* App?
- If you recently changed your username in your Lincoln Account or in the Lincoln Way App, log in using your new username.
- Try resetting your password.
- If you are unable to log in to the app, tap FORGOT PASSWORD? from the Lincoln Way main login screen and follow the steps to reset your login information.
- If you continue to have issues, contact a Lincoln Way Concierge.
