Can I cancel my SYNC 4 Connected Navigation** Services?

If you purchased a Connected Service plan, you may cancel it through your Lincoln account within 14 days of activation of your Connected Service plan (and receipt of your initial order confirmation) for a full refund, but your ability to use the Connected Service will end immediately. Lincoln will provide a maximum of one full refund per Connected Service per client.

After the first 14 days, you may cancel your Connected Service at any time, but your purchase of the Connected Service will be nonrefundable. If you choose to cancel, the Connected Service will remain active until the end of the subscription period, at which point it will end, and you will need to purchase a new Connected Service plan if you want to continue using the Connected Service. This Connected Service is vehicle-specific, and each vehicle added to your Lincoln account must have its own Connected Service plan.

Why can I not find the option to purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package?

The option to purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package is only available within 30 days of the subscription expiration date. In the case of a free trial, you can only renew within 30 days of the free trial ending.

When does the free trial period start?

The free trial begins on the vehicle's warranty start date.

Can a second owner of the vehicle take advantage of the free trial?

Yes. However, the free trial time period must fall within the start of the warranty date and the free trial’s end date.

  • Connected Built-in Navigation has a free trial of 3 years.
  • Connected Navigation has a free trial of 4 years for 2025 and 2026 model year Corsair vehicles and 1 year for 2024 Corsair and Navigator vehicles.

Where can I purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package?

Visit the Lincoln Owner Support website to purchase or renew the SYNC 4 navigation package:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  3. Select Connected Services from the Manage Your Account section.

You can also log in to the Lincoln app to access the website:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Scroll down to Connected Services.
  3. Click on the link provided to access the connected service's website.

How much does the SYNC 4 navigation package cost?

Visit the Lincoln Owner Support website for pricing information:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  3. Select Connected Services from the Manage Your Account section.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?

MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.

I entered my credit card information; why does the purchase option remain grayed out?

The purchase option may be grayed out if the following conditions are not met:

  • The radio button must be selected to set the credit card entered as the default card.
  • The radio button must be selected for Terms and Conditions.
  • The credit card number, security code, expiration date, and name on the credit card must be entered exactly as they appear.

If there is still an issue, contact your credit card provider.

If you completed the purchase on the Connected Services site but have not received an email confirmation, check your junk mail to see if it appears there.

I attempted to sign up for the navigation package and received a message stating "No Services Available." What does this mean?

This means that your vehicle is not eligible for Built-In Navigation or Connected Navigation.

**Connected Navigation: Navigation services require SYNC 4 and a Lincoln vehicle modem (optional on select vehicles), complimentary Connected Service, and the Lincoln app (see Lincoln Terms and Conditions for details). Eligible vehicles receive a complimentary period of navigation services that begins on the new vehicle warranty start date. Customers must unlock the navigation service trial by activating the eligible vehicle with a Lincoln app member account. If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the navigation service will terminate. Connected Service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.

**Connected Built-In Navigation: Navigation services require SYNC 4 and a Lincoln vehicle modem (optional on select vehicles), Complimentary Connected service, and the Lincoln app (see Lincoln Terms and Conditions for details). Eligible vehicles receive a complimentary 3‐year trial of navigation services that begins on the new vehicle warranty start date. Customers must unlock the navigation service trial by activating the eligible vehicle with a Lincoln app member account. If not subscribed by the end of the complimentary period, the connected navigation service will terminate, and the system will revert to embedded offline navigation. Connected Service and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.
