What is Lincoln Premium Connectivity?

Lincoln Premium Connectivity* provides access to streaming services and content using Amazon Alexa Built-in**. Whether Alexa Built-in was installed at the factory or via a software update, you can access your favorite music, podcasts, and audiobooks hands-free through the technology already built into your Lincoln vehicle.

Important: All 2024 – 2025 Lincoln Digital Experience vehicles will have Amazon Alexa functionality removed in early 2026 due to the end of life of Alexa services across all Ford/Lincoln Digital Experience vehicles. 2026 and newer Lincoln vehicles are not equipped with Alexa. The Alexa app cannot be downloaded on Digital Experience vehicles. Google Assistant is now the voice assistant in these vehicles, and no additional actions can be taken to restore Amazon Alexa functionality.

Note: Amazon Alexa Built-in is delivered through SYNC®† 4 with Enhanced Voice Recognition.

Available Features

  • Listen to your favorite albums and playlists using Amazon Music, Spotify, or another favorite streaming service.
  • Get personalized flash briefings for local, national, and global news.
  • Listen to audiobooks or podcasts from Audible, Pandora, or your preferred streaming service.
  • Take the Quiz of the Day on your way to work and play games with friends and family.

The cost of Connected Services varies by service and vehicle. For many services, durations are offered: monthly, yearly, and multi-year. Sign in to your Lincoln Account, then select the Connected Services tile for pricing specific to your vehicle.

*Eligible vehicles receive either three or four years of complimentary access to Alexa Built-in. Lincoln Premium Connectivity is offered on eligible vehicles as a one-year or four-year complimentary trial. Don’t drive while distracted or while using handheld devices. Use voice-operated systems when possible. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones. Lincoln Premium Connectivity offered on eligible vehicles as a one-year or four-year complimentary trial. Trials begin upon new vehicle warranty start date. Access to Alexa Built-in requires an Amazon account, Lincoln Digital Experience, and the vehicle's modem activated through the Lincoln app (see Lincoln app Terms for details). Some Google Assistant, Google Maps, Google Play, and Alexa Built-in features require Lincoln Premium Connectivity Connected Service Plan or Wi-Fi® network. Connected Services and features depend on compatible AT&T network availability. Evolving technology/cellular networks/vehicle capability may limit functionality and prevent operation of connected features.
