How do I update my account information (address, phone number, email)?
You can change your address, phone number, or e-mail in Account Manager.
Account Manager Online
- Go to accountmanager.lincoln.com
- Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Lincoln account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button on the Lincoln AFS login page
- After you sign in, select Profile Information.
- Click Edit for the information you would like to update such as email, billing address or phone number.
- Once new information has been entered, select Save.
Note: Updating your e-mail address changes the e-mail address that notifications are sent to. It does not automatically update your username e-mail address. To separately update your username e-mail address, follow the steps in My e-mail address, phone number, or authenticator app has changed. How do I receive an authentication code?
