Order Request FAQs
What is an order request?
An order request lets you select your vehicle and be among the first to order a new 2023 Aviator from Lincoln. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.
What steps are required to complete my order request?
Visit lincoln.com/luxury-suvs/aviator/2022/ and fill out the order request form selecting your preferred retailer, then submit your information to join the wait list for a new 2023 Lincoln Aviator. A confirmation receipt will display after the form is submitted, and an email will be sent to the email address supplied in the order request form.
Can I select any Lincoln Retailer?
Eligible retailers will be provided based on your ZIP code, or you can enter the name of your preferred Lincoln Retailer and select them from the drop-down menu.
When can I order my vehicle?
Your Lincoln retailer will help you build and select your 2023 Aviator. After you agree on pricing, your retailer will finalize your order for production. The 2023 Aviator ordering window opens March 2022.
When will I take delivery of my vehicle?
2023 Aviator deliveries to Lincoln Retailers begin July 2022. Actual delivery times may vary based on configuration selected, residency and demand. Once your vehicle is scheduled for production, you will receive further notification from your local retailer about its status.
Am I buying this vehicle directly from Lincoln?
No. The purchase agreement will be between you and your Lincoln Retailer, not you and Lincoln. A deposit is not required by Lincoln to submit an order request. Your retailer may request a deposit when finalizing your actual order for production submission.
Will you share my order request information with my retailer?
Your order request will be sent to the Lincoln Retailer of your choosing at the time of submission. Please see our privacy policy at lincoln.com/help/privacy for additional information.*
What if my selected Lincoln Retailer doesn’t contact me about my order request?
If you haven’t received any communications from your selected retailer within one week of your order request submission, please use our Lincoln Retailer Locator at lincoln.com/dealerships/ to either contact them directly or choose a replacement retailer near you. One of their representatives will be able to assist you in handling your order request and guiding you through the ordering process.
