How do I contact Lincoln Roadside Assistance?

Lincoln Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

Benefits of the Lincoln Roadside Assistance service include the following:

  • Winch-out services

Important:

  • All original owners of 2013 and newer vehicles qualify for 24/7 Roadside Assistance nationwide (including Canada and Mexico) for the lifetime of your ownership experience.
  • Lincoln vehicles purchased pre-owned have Roadside Assistance coverage if still within six years or 70,000 miles of their Warranty Start Date.
  • All 2012 and earlier models no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.

If you would like a Lincoln Concierge to connect you to Roadside Assistance, call 1-800-521-4140 and follow the prompts for Lincoln Concierge.

Submit a Roadside Assistance Request

  1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Select Service.
  3. Press Roadside Assistance.
  4. Select the vehicle in need of assistance.
  5. Tap Start Request.
  6. Press Select Location.
    Note: You can enter the vehicle's location by moving a pin on an interactive map or by typing the address into the search bar at the top of the screen.
  7. Press Select Location again after the desired location is set.
  8. Follow the remaining steps to select the type of assistance needed and ensure that your contact information is correct.
  9. Select Submit Request.

After submitting your request, you will be returned to the Service landing page, and a confirmation banner will be displayed at the top of the screen.

Cancel a Roadside Assistance Request

  1. Select Service.
  2. Tap Roadside Assistance.
  3. Select View Open Request.
  4. Tap Cancel Request.
  5. Select Yes after receiving the "ARE YOU SURE?" prompt.

You will be returned to the Service landing page with the cancelation confirmation banner displayed at the top of the screen.

Online

Go to the Lincoln Roadside Assistance website:

  1. Open the Lincoln Roadside Assistance website at, https://lincoln.rsahelp.com/.
  2. Enter your preferred contact number.
  3. Click Confirm.
  4. Select the Roadside Assistance service needed.
  5. Enter your vehicle's address in the search bar.
    Notes:
    • The vehicle's location will populate automatically if Location Services is enabled/allowed.
    • The location on the map can be adjusted by selecting a different area of the map.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Ensure that your contact information is correct.
  8. Follow the remaining steps to select the vehicle in need of assistance and the retailer to which the vehicle will be towed.
  9. Select Submit Roadside Request.

Once submitted, roadside service will be scheduled. You will be notified via a text message to the phone number provided.
