Where is my Lincoln's Vehicle Health Report?
The Vehicle Health Report (VHR) can be viewed on the Lincoln Way®* App. In August 2018, the ability to view it through the SYNC screen was discontinued.
To access the Lincoln Way App Vehicle Health and Alerts feature:
- All devices must have mobile data turned on.
- You must have a vehicle added to the Lincoln Way App.
- Your vehicle must be equipped with an activated Lincoln Connect™** modem.
Accessing the Vehicle Health Report
To view the VHR:
- Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
- Tap Vehicle.
- Tap Vehicle Health Report.
- If there is an active alert for your vehicle, you will see a warning icon indicating issues found.
- If your vehicle has more than one alert, you'll see an orange warning banner indicating multiple alerts.
- If there are no alerts, you will see the Green Check icon indicating no issues found.
