IF YOU NEED EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE EVERYONE ON THE SCENE IS SAFE.

There are a number of ways to request roadside assistance. If you request service through the Lincoln Way® App your location and VIN are confirmed through the app.

Should you call or request online, you will need to know your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) vehicle location, Vehicle make and model and vehicle color.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE

All 2013 and newer vehicles qualify for 24/7 Roadside Assistance nationwide (including Canada and Mexico) for the lifetime of your ownership experience (Must be original owner). Lincoln vehicles purchased used have Roadside Assistance coverage if still within 6 years or 70,000 miles of their warranty start date. All 2012 and earlier models no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.

Is there a limit to how many times I can request emergency fuel delivery?

Roadside assistance limits fuel delivery service to two no-charge occurrences within a 12-month period.

 

We can still help by putting you in contact with an independent contractor to assist you. However, the Independent contractor(s) will charge you separately for their service(s).

Can I replace roadside assistance insurance from my insurance company?

When you’ve got Lincoln Roadside Assistance, there’s no need to pay for it with your personal insurance company. Do note that coverage provided by personal insurance companies may have varying terms of service and limits.

Can I use roadside assistance if I am in an accident?

Yes. Lincoln clientele have collision assistance on the Lincoln Way® App which provides Lincoln clients with accident assistance including the nearest Lincoln Certified Collision Center, accident documentation, and transportation assistance.

Can I get reimbursed if I paid for a tow?

Yes. If you paid for a tow without knowing you were covered with Lincoln Roadside Assistance, we’ll reimburse the cost. (up to $140)

Can I get a full tank of gasoline delivered to my location?

We will deliver up to 2 gallons (8 L) of gasoline to a disabled vehicle.

Can I get a tire change if I don’t have a spare or donut?

You must have a good spare tire except for vehicles supplied with a tire inflation kit.

Do I get coverage if I bought my Lincoln as a used vehicle from someplace other than a Lincoln retailer?

Lincoln vehicles purchased as a used vehicle are eligible for Roadside Assistance if still within 6 years, or 70,000 miles of the vehicle's warranty start date.

  1. aCoverage, for original owner, varies based on vehicle model year. Non-transferrable. For complete details, go to lincoln.com/support or see your Lincoln Retailer.
  2. bService provided by Independent contractors, if not prohibited by state, local or municipal law, shall tow Lincoln eligible vehicles (2013 model year and newer) to an authorized retailer within 100 miles (160 km) of the disablement location or to the nearest authorized retailer. If a member requests a tow to a dealer that is more than 35 miles (56 km) from the disablement location, the member shall be responsible for any mileage costs in excess of 100 miles (160 km).
  3. cIndependent contractors, if not prohibited by state, local or municipal law, shall deliver up to 2 gallons (8 L) of gasoline to a disabled vehicle. Roadside assistance limits fuel delivery service to two no-charge occurrences within a 12-month period.
